HEYBAR RETURN POLICY

All UNUSED and UNOPENED products purchased through www.heybarvape.com do not accept to be returned.

Conditions for Return

As normal,we do not accept to get any return while the goods in receipts.You have to contact our sales team if would like to return an unused product purchased at www.heybarvape.com while receipts within 2 days.

*You include all original packaging in like new condition, *You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused new condition, *You include the product in undamaged, unused like new condition, and *You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.heybarvape.com within the above return period.

How to Return your Product

To initiate your return, please use the following procedure:

*Contact Heybar Sales team at info@heybarvape.com. After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address for the item. The customer must pay the shipping for the return package. Include the product and all required items listed above in the section “Conditions for Return.”

Refund Timing

Heybar will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. Heybar reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.

 

Shipping period

All our goods will ship from our factory.You have to check with our sales team for the delivery date.
